    The admission criteria for professional courses like MBA/PGDM/MCA in Karnataka are followed as per the UGC guidelines. The eligibility criteria of KMAT 2026 are stated as per the UGC guidelines, which are as follows:

    KMAT Eligibility 2026 for MBA/PGDM

    • The candidates must have a bachelor's degree of at least 3 years duration or a master's degree examination of any recognised education body in Commerce, Management, Arts, Social Sciences, engineering or technology, or equivalent.
    • The candidates must have secured at least 50 per cent of marks in the aggregate (45 per cent for SC/ST candidates).
    • Candidates who are in their final year of their bachelor’s degrees are also eligible to apply for the KMAT.
