Karnataka PGCET 2025 Final Counselling Round: Seat Cancellation
Candidates who want to cancel their seat allotted in the first or second round can cancel the seat in person at KEA Bangalore, on or before November 6, 2025, at 4:00 PM. Those who wish to cancel their seat on or before November 6, 2025, will be refunded the amount after deduction of Rs 10,000. Following this, those candidates will not be able to participate in the final seat allotment for Karnataka PGCET.
Karnataka PGCET 2025 Final Seat Allotment: What to Do After?
Candidates participating in the Karnataka PGCET MBA counselling and whose names will be there in the final counselling round will need to make the payment and download the confirmation slip, starting from November 10 to November 15, 2025.
Once you have made the payment, you must report to your assigned college, latest by November 15, 2025. On the day of your reporting, candidates will be required to bring all necessary documents for verification. Once the verification process is completed, the original documents will be returned to the candidates along with an acknowledgement slip.
