• Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

• Candidates who fulfill all requirements for graduation by June 2026 can also apply. Candidates in the final year of graduation must have secured at least 50% (45% for the SC/ST category) in the latest examination.

• Must have taken or appeared for any one of the following MBA exams:

  • XAT 2026

  • CAT 2025

  • GMAT taken between January 1, 2023, and January 15, 2025. (GMAT Focus Edition or 10th Edition). The GMAT code for GIM is 6VN-62-51.

GIM PI Shortlisting Criteria

Goa Institute of Management sends interview calls based on XAT/CAT/GMAT cutoffs only. That means all students who apply for GIM and clear the cutoff will get an interview call. The authority sends calls based on profiles to its other programs, BIFS, HCM, IDA and BDA.
