IPMAT Exam 2025: Registration, Exam Dates, Syllabus, Pattern, Preparation and Best Books

The IIM Indore will announce the IPMAT 2025 result in online mode on the official website. Candidates will be able to check the IPMAT exam 2025 result by using their login credentials. The result is available in the form of a scorecard which includes the overall and sectional scores of test-takers. Candidates who are shortlisted based on their IPMAT score will be called for further selection rounds of PI.

 How to Check IPMAT Result 2025?

• Visit the official website of IIM Indore and go to IPMAT section
• Click on the “Results” button
• Enter your IPMAT 2025 application form number
• Enter the registered email ID or Date of Birth in DD/MM/YY format
• Now enter the Security Code/ Password
• Click on the 'Get Status' tab
• IPMAT 2025 provisional shortlist will be displayed. Download it and take two printouts. 

Computation Process of IPMAT result 2025

Note: Maximum and Minimum scores are the highest and lowest scores obtained by the candidates in each pool under the respective sections.

• Check the eligibility criteria mentioned on the IPMAT 2025 official website and make sure you meet them before applying. Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria as set by the IIM Indore. Let us have a look at the category-wise educational qualification and minimum age requirement below:
• General and NC-OBC Category: Candidates who passed Class 10 / SSC and Class 12 / HSC or equivalent examinations with a minimum mark of 60 percent in 2021, 2022 and appearing in 2025 can appear for IPMAT exam 2025.
• SC/ ST and PWD (DA) Category: Minimum of 55 percent aggregate in Class 10/ SSC and Class 12I/ HSC or equivalent examinations in 2021, 2022 & appearing in 2025.
• Age Limit: For general category candidates, the age limit is a maximum of 20 years of age as of August 1, 2025. The SC/ST category candidates should not be more than 25 years old.

IIM Indore will announce the IPMAT 2025 registration date on its official site. The IPMAT 2025 application form will probably be commenced in the second week of February 2025. The IPMAT 2025 exam application form will be available on the official website of IIM Indore. The correction window of IPMAT will take place probably in the second week of April 2025.

Aspiring candidates are required to first complete the online registration to create login credentials. Now login again using the created login ID and password, fill in the details, and pay the IPMAT exam fee to complete the application process.

IPMAT 2025 Application Process

• Candidates must create an account in the IPMAT registration portal by entering details such as name, date of birth, gender, email ID, and phone number.
• Upload the necessary personal and academic documents. 
• Ensure IPMAT 2025 registration with a one-time password (OTP).
• Pay the IPMAT application fee as described in the above table.
• Finally, take a printout of the IPMAT application form for future reference.

IPMAT 2025 exam date is May 12. IPMAT is an online test, and the duration of the exam is 120 minutes (2 hours). As per the IPMAT exam pattern 2025, the test paper will have a total of 100 questions divided across two sections namely, Quantitative Ability (Multiple Choice and Short Answer Questions) and Verbal Ability (Multiple Choice Questions). • There is negative marking, which means marks will be deducted for every wrong answer (short answer questions are exempted from negative marking)

• Go to the official website of IPMAT.
• Find and click the link called "Log in to fill/ edit/ view/ submit/Download Admit Card of IPM AT 2025 application form (For applicants who are already registered)".
• Next, enter the "Application number/ User ID and Password" and click the submit button.
• Finally, your appropriate IPMAT 2025 admit card will download.

IPMAT 2025 Exam Centres

IPMAT exam 2025 will be conducted at 28 centres all over the country. Candidates can pick up the centre from the list at the time of filling out the IPMAT 2025 application form. The IPMAT 2025 exam centre will be mentioned in the hall ticket. Candidates must report to the exam centre mentioned in the IPMAT 2025 hall ticket.

• The IPMAT answer key will be displayed on the screen.

IIM Indore IPMAT 2025 exam is scheduled to be held on May 12, 2025. As per last year IPMAT exam analysis, the overall difficulty level of the question paper was moderate. The IPMAT exam 2025 consists of 100 questions divided into three sections: QA (SA), QA (MCQs), and Verbal Ability (MCQs). The IPMAT 2025 selection process comprises a two-step process. The first step requires the aspirants to appear in the IPM Aptitude Test. On the basis of the overall score secured in the Aptitude Test (AT), candidates are shortlisted for the second stage, which involves a personal interview (PI). The final merit list will be based on the scores in both stages. The shortlisted candidates will be offered admission to the Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) offered by IIM Indore and IIM Ranchi.
