The UGAT BBA 2026 selection process varies among all the participating institutes and universities. Candidates must make sure they fulfil the UGAT BBA eligibility criteria specified by each institute to be elible for selection. • Appear for the UGAT BBA 2026 examination.

• Candidates who meet the cutoff criteria will be shortlisted and invited to the next round.

• Shortlisted candidates will then participate in group discussions and interviews at the respective institutes/universities.

How to submit UGAT BBA 2026 College Preferences?

Candidates have the option to choose five participating institutes for their UGAT BBA 2026 score to be sent to. Below are the steps given to update the participating institutes.

Step 1 - Visit the official website of AIMA UGAT, i.e., aima.in.

Step 2 Click on the link 'Fill five choices for Participating Institutes where you want your UGAT score to be sent'.

Step 3 - Enter login credentials like registration number and date of birth to sign in

Step 4 - Tap on the ‘Submit’ button.

Step 5 - Enter the five participating institutes of your choice and submit.

UGAT BBA Cutoff 2026

The UGAT BBA 2026 cutoff will be announced following the declaration of results. Participating institutes of UGAT BBA and campuses will use these cutoff marks to create a merit list. Candidates’ placement on this merit list will be determined by their cutoff marks. The factors influencing the determination of UGAT BBA Cutoff 2026 marks are as follows

• The total number of candidates who took the exam

• The number of seats available for allocation

• The difficulty level of the exam

• Any applicable reservation policies

AIMA UGAT Counselling 2026

Candidates who successfully pass the UGAT AIMA BBA entrance exam, need to take part in the counselling process conducted by various institutions to obtain admission. The students must be physically present during the counselling process, as failure to attend may result in their seat being allocated to another candidate. For verification purposes, candidates are required to bring the following documents for verification during the counselling session.
