IIM Hostel Fees 2025: The IIM hostel fees is a component of the IIM fee structure for its different MBA/PGDM programs offered to candidates. The IIM hostel fees vary for different IIM colleges across the country. The IIM hostel fees have to be paid along with the IIM program fee for every semester before it begins or annually in the case of some IIMs. Taking the hostel as accommodation is compulsory for every candidate who comes to IIM for its flagship MBA/PGDM program. IIM Ahmedabad	Rs. 1.71 Lakhs for two years	Includes accommodation, dining, and other basic amenities. The fee might vary for single or shared rooms.
IIM Bangalore	Rs. 3.2 Lakhs for two years.	Candidates wanting to stay outside campus but availing mess facility will have to pay a fee of Rs. 30,000.
IIM Calcutta	Rs. 1.8 Lakhs for two years.	Includes lodging and dining.
IIM Lucknow	Rs. 3.45 Lakhs (Without AC) Rs. 3.87 Lakhs (With AC)	Covers hostel accommodation and dining services.
IIM Indore	Rs. 1.4 Lakhs for two years.	The miscellaneous fee includes costs for books & course materials, library fees,
IIM Kozhikode	Rs. 2.4 Lakhs for two years.	Includes accommodation, dining, and other basic amenities. The fee might vary for single or shared rooms.
IIM Amritsar	Rs. 90,000 for two years.	Facilities like Wi-Fi are included. The room is twin sharing.
IIM Nagpur	Rs. 80,000 for two years.	Accommodation facilities are separate for boys and girls.
IIM Sambalpur	Rs. 5.76 Lakhs for two years.	The fee includes a mess deposit and a refundable amount.
IIM Trichy	Rs. 1.2 Lakhs for two years.	The rooms are single occupancy with an air conditioner.
IIM Raipur	Rs. 2.16 Lakhs for two years.	Covers hostel accommodation and dining services.
IIM Ranchi	Rs. 2.46 Lakhs for two years.	Hostel Charges are Rs. 60,000 per year and the mess charges are Rs. 63,000 per year.
IIM Vizag	Rs. 1.5 to 2 Lakhs for two years.	The charges would depend on the type of occupancy. Mess and AC fees is Rs. 29,970 per term.
IIM Udaipur	Rs. 90,000 for two years.	The mess fee is 20,000 for each term.
IIM Bodh Gaya	Rs. 2.46 Lakhs for two years.	A mess fee is charged at the end of each month.
IIM Shillong	Rs. 3 Lakhs for two years.	Facilities like Wi-Fi are included. The room is twin sharing.
IIM Sirmaur	Rs. 1.8 Lakhs for two years.	In addition to the above, the students are required to pay a refundable caution deposit of Rs. 20,000 towards the Mess, Computer Lab, and Library.
IIM Rohtak	Rs. 1.5 Lakhs for two years.	Hostel charges are Rs. 20,000 for each year and mess charges are Rs. 50,000 for each year.
IIM Mumbai	Rs. 1.5 Lakhs for two years.	Facilities like Wi-Fi are included. The room comes on a sharing basis.
