The CAT 2025 notification was out on Sunday, July 27, 2025, in the prominent newspapers. The CAT notification 2025 will soon be available on the IIM CAT official website - iimcat.ac.in. A copy of the CAT 2025 notification pdf has already been uploaded on the IIM Calcutta’s website. CAT 2025 will be held on November 30, 2025 by IIM Kozhikode. As per the CAT notification 2025, the CAT exam registration 2025 start date is August 1. CAT registartion last date 2025 is September 13, 2025. As expected CAT exam fees 2025 has been increased, continuing the trend of the past few years. CAT fees 2025 for the general candidate is Rs. 2600, while CAT exam fees 2025 for SC/ST is Rs 1300.

IIM Kozhikode conducting CAT 2025: This year, IIM Kozhikode will be conducting the CAT 2025 exam. Recently, the CAT 2025 Convenor was announced, who is Prof. Ram Kumar P.N. and is from IIM Kozhikode. He is a senior faculty member in the Operations and Quantitative Methods area.
CAT Registration Date 2025 : CAT 2025 exam registrations will commence from August 01, 2025.

CAT Admit Card 2025: The CAT admit card 2025 will be out on November 5, 2025

CAT 2025 Exam Pattern: It is expected that the CAT 2025 exam format will largely remain the same. While a sectional breakdown of the number of questions is not given, one can expect around 68-70 questions spread across 3 sections — LRDI, QA and VARC.
The CAT Exam 2025 Duration is of 2 Hours. There will be a sectional time limit of 40 minutes per section. Candidates are advised to be mindful of the sectional time limit, as candidates won’t be allowed to switch between sections.
